Yes, a technician still hasn't called meThe dispatcher was a little annoyed (as she should be) as she's not experiencing my frustration, was told that the manager was informedGot home from working 9am to 3am, still nothing For a company that is supposed to provide hour serviceThis is unacceptableIf the technician can't get to you right away, please acknowledge that you have even received the multiple requests
I'm without a furnace for days nowI am told that the part needed to fix my furnace is on orderThis is a jokeI'm know there are same day delivery services out thereI don't understand what the delay isThe furnace is under a warrenty, and Sunwave is aware of thisIf they can't find the part they need, then the only other opption is to replace the furnaceI am freezing and this is not acceptable
