I'm without a furnace for 10 days now. I am told that the part needed to fix my furnace is on order. This is a joke. I'm know there are same day delivery services out there. I don't understand what the delay is. The furnace is under a warrenty, and Sunwave is aware of this. If they can't find the part they need, then the only other opption is to replace the furnace. I am freezing and this is not acceptable.
If you have issues with your hot water tank after a long days of work on a Saturday night and wish it to be resolved. This company IS NOT for you.
I called them at 7:20pm, was told to call back if a technician has not called me back in a few hours. Called again at 9:37pm. Was told she would send out another ticket. Called again a little after midnight, surprise? Yes, a technician still hasn't called me. The dispatcher was a little annoyed (as she should be) as she's not experiencing my frustration, was told that the manager was informed. Got home from working 9am to 3am, still nothing.
For a company that is supposed to provide 24 hour service. This is unacceptable. If the technician can't get to you right away, please acknowledge that you have even received the multiple requests.
