Dear Dispute Resolution Department, We lease approximately 15-25% of our sold vehicles every month. Our sales staff is well trained in the leasing process. We always present the monthly payment upfront before client starts the paperwork process. The finance person goes over every
box on the contract. The contract has $stated times as the first month's payment with the date of 6/10/attached once. The sections on the contract are as follows: section 3, titled Scheduled Payments, line A states your first monthly payment of $is doe 6/10/17, section 6A titles Amount Due at Lease Signing or Delivery, line first monthly payment $351.05, and section 6B, titled how the amount due at lease signing or delivery will be paid, line 3, amount paid in cash, is $351.05. The customer wrote us a check dated 6/10/in the amount of $351.05. We strive for excellent customer satisfaction and feel that the customer was not deceived. Sincerely, *** ***General Sales Manager

In regards to this complaint it is clear that it was a pricing error as you can tell by similar vehicles in the market. Our team always strives to make sure our prices are correct. The price for this Buick Cascada is $27,900.00, however if the customer is still interested in
