Bought a recliner from home furniture around yrs agoI purchased the yr protection plan for an extra $dollarsMy recliner broke and it took weeks and calling multiple times to get a technician to come diagnose the problem that I already told them, which was a bent pieceThe technician then informed me I would have to wait a couple weeks for the part to come inCall back a week later and they haven't even ordered the partThey informed me it could be another to weeks until they get the partMeanwhile I have a huge recliner that won't close in the middle of my living roomManager apologized but said I'm sorry nothing we can doHorrible customer service and wait time
Bought a recliner from home furniture around 2 yrs ago. I purchased the 5 yr protection plan for an extra $150 dollars. My recliner broke and it took 2 weeks and calling multiple times to get a technician to come diagnose the problem that I already told them, which was a bent piece. The technician then informed me I would have to wait a couple weeks for the part to come in. Call back a week later and they haven't even ordered the part. They informed me it could be another 2 to 8 weeks until they get the part. Meanwhile I have a huge recliner that won't close in the middle of my living room. Manager apologized but said I'm sorry nothing we can do. Horrible customer service and wait time.
