Dealing with our representative (Sean) from Sunstate has been worst experience I've encountered in the more than eight years that I've lived in my HAO. His attitude is absolutely toxic and his only goal is to create as much hate and discontent between home owners and board members as possible.

Sunstate treats all of their Associations and employees as family and strives to be the best and leader in the management industry. They are very responsive and communication is key.
