I tried to contact Susana [redacted] from sunstar realty on March 14 and never got a call back or msg.

On March 15 I tried calling Susana 2 times and both times she flushed my call and texted back that she was driving. I texted to ask her if the solo building suite was still available.. and NO reply.

March 16 Susana [redacted] texted and said there was a showing on March 18 @ 10am and now today is

March 18. I purposely took the day off from work to accommodate her time.. when I called this morning at 9am .. NO answer.. so I left a text to let hee know I will be at the building to meet her. At 9:40am Susana texts back and say this unit has been rented out already...!!!!!!

I had to call her head office to file a complaint this morning. Just to get an apology msg from Susana at 11:30...

This Realtor is so unprofessional, doesn't care about her clients nor have any communication what so ever.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER OR THIS COMPANY.

I WILL BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS AND WILL BE TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS AND EVERYONE I KNOW AS WELL.
