I asked for a full refund and was told not possibleI only received one payment not two and I cancelled my card ensuring that they could not access my account againIt does not clearly state that it was a day trial and that I would be chargedI was only offered a 50% refund after I threatened to contact the Revdex.comWhich means the gentleman was incorrect and could have given me a full refundAlso, he refused to put me through to a supervisor when I asked.

Company responded via phone as follows:Consumer signed up for a day trial The trial terms and conditions are presented when you sign up and again when the consumer enters their credit card informationThe company stated they do not give refunds and products are not able to be returned
They offered a 35% refund which the consumer accepted and two refunds were processed on April 28th in the amount of $and $ The account has been canceled
