I met Mark in when I asked him to make a custom ring for my father that passed away from cancerMark worked with me to choose the design, stone and keep it within my price range In I asked him to figure out a way to put my promise ring in with my wedding band complete different metals and designs and yet he integrated them beautifully and I've never had an issue with my ring Since that time I've taken multiple rings and bracelets to him for repair when the big "chain" stores couldn't succeed I've also purchased a few of his custom pieces he has in his shop Mark has always been extremely helpful, very friendly, provided excellent customer service and is an amazing artist!
