Review: I ordered plastic bags from Sunshine Plastic on 12/*/14, for 20 boxes of clear bags that measures 8" x 4" x 18". However, they sent me the wrong size that is smaller and is unusable for my business. I called and complained about the wrong product that was delivered to me and asked them to exchange it. They said they will get back to me about resolving this problem, but did not get back to me with any resolution. I've called them over a dozen times to follow up on the situation, and it's been four months but they still did not get back to me on a resolution. I already paid for these bags that are unusable for my business and they need to send me the correct product that I ordered.Desired Settlement: I would like Sunshine Plastic Company to do the following:- Send me a refund for the wrong product that they sent me and pay for/take care of shipping back these boxesOR - Exchange for the correct product that I ordered- Pay for/take care of shipping the boxes of wrong product
