difficulties. I am so very sorry that he has had to go to these lengths to ensure the safety of his children when that should be a pretty common practice among any child care provider.  I would welcome any contact from Mr. [redacted] to talk about his concerns so we can fix any grievances he may still have. I have gone over his bill and have found that he, in fact, did not owe the remaining balance stated. I have deleted the statement and he is at a balance of zero. We take pride in our ability to communicate and provide excellent care in the community of Talkeetna. We are saddened that the actions of some have reflected so poorly on us and we strive to make things better. Please let us know anything else that we can do.
