Sunshine Service Carpet & Tile Cleaning

Review: Carpet cleaner did not remove stains and added stains to the existing carpet.

Sunshine Service came to my home on 8/1/13 to clean the carpets. They only spent 20 minutes on the carpet, charged $85 and left. When the carpet dried - the stains were still there and a new stain appeared - a long stripe down my hallway carpet. I called the company and was told by the owner that sometimes stains resurface when a carpet dries and he would send out the crew again. I scheduled the redo for 8/14/13 as I was on vacation until then. The crew came and only brought in the hand tool - they spent 15 minutes and did not redo the entire carpet area as before. Once they left - the stains were not removed. Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of $85 from Sunshine Service as they failed and now I have to hire yet another carpet cleaner to fix the problem.

Sunshine Service contacted me & came to my house again with the owner. They were able to get the stain out they created!

They did not refund my money however they cleaned the carpets again.

Case resolved but I would not recommend this service to anyone as it should not take three times to do a good job.
