A Sunshine Parking valet attendant at 10th & Piedmont lost my car keyfob and keys.I have submitted a claim and have called the company but no response
I left my key fob and keys with the Sunshine Parking valet attendant,*** ***, around pm on 4/2/at 10th and Piedmont Parking location near *** on the Park.Around, 11PM I returned to get my vehicle (Nissan Altima) from the valet attendantThe valet attended panicked and stated that he couldn't find my key fob or keysAfter the valet attendant looked and looked, I then suggested the valet attendant contact a manager in reference to the key fob and keys being missingThe manager stated that he had to drive from East PointIt was almost when the manager finally arrivedNeither the valet attendant nor the manager seemed to have any sense of urgency or to be apologetic about the fact that my key fob and keys were missingThe manager did contact a Uber to take me home and bring me back to *** for me to get my car
Valet employee improperly parked my car and caused damage to my rear bumper on 10/22/Today is 11/18/2016-they are not responding to my emails
After I was finished dining at Chauma Gaucha Restaurant (around 8:30PM), I stood outside waiting to give my ticket to a valet person when I noticed my car parked a few feet from me in front of the restaurant backed up against a stone ledgeI got the valet person's attention and asked who parked it there and he admitted that he was the one who backed my car into the ledge, causing damage to my rear bumperHis name was*** and he told me to reach out to *** to resolve this issueI was told by*** that the valet company would cover all costs related to the damageAlong with me were witnesses including a police officerI also spoke to the Manager of the restaurant and he is aware of the situation and told me to contact him if there are any issues regarding this situationI have filled out a claims form in-p
Valet (employee) caused damages to my truck on Sunshine parking will not respond to my claim!

What occurred -
I pulled in and gave my keys to *** *** (the valet) to park my vehicle When I came out about an hour and a half later to get my vehicle I noticed the huge chunks of metal missing from my rim and curb rash marks on the side wall of my left front tire *** stated that yes he hit the curb while parking my vehicle (he also stated this on the claim form/ attached) Mike then let me know how to proceed with my claim
