Sunshine palace did credit my account on 10/14/15 in the amount of $35.22. They returned three months worth of charges but did not refund me the full amount I am seeking. Sunshine Palace failed to delete my account from their records in due time. Their lack of communication in the billing department resulted in multiple charges and overdraft fees. Sunshine Palace still owes me $70.48 equated from my original request of $105.70-$35.22 = $70.48. I have documentation that proves the overdraft fees were caused by withdrawals from Sunshine Palace. I would be happy to provide these documents upon request.
