Hi!Our employees are trained to follow the policies and to reiterate the procedures to every customerOur special order policy of no refunds or exchanges is explained to every customer when they place an orderShe emailed our establishment on 5/with her situation and I responded back:"Thank you for your emailI want to sincerely apologize for your latest experience with usI see there was a misunderstanding with our special order policyTypically, special orders are non-refundable, but we do make exceptions with items that are purchasable in-storeI'll be happy to exchange those items for you for the correct size that you needIf you'll tell me which size, color, and style, I'll get those together for youAgain, I greatly apologize and hope you'll forgive us for this was a whole misunderstanding! We would be terribly sad if we were never to see you again We will be retraining our staff on proper procedures so this situation doesn't happen again."I have yet to receive a response back from Mrs [redacted] I'll email her once again to see if she'd like to work with us to fix her order.Thank you, [redacted]
