THIS IS A CRAPPY MOM AND POPS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE !! This company is horrible we planned an 11:pm pick up, after countless calls with no answer around at 11:pm we received a text stating the driver left because he was waiting too long outside and didn't feel safeWe never received a call stating the driver was outsideEveryone was in the living room waiting where there is a large window to view the driveway no one ever pulled upThis PLACE lied and RUINED what was a great birthday I called the next day and spoke to Janette M [redacted] who was completely oblivious to anythingShe spoke like she had no more than a 5th grade education However, she claimed to be one of the managers there for years HORRIBLE PLACE UNEDUCATED PEOPLE [redacted]
