My Ac stopped working and I had used this company once before as they were recommended by a friendI called on Tuesday and they told me to call back the next day and they would come outI called in the morning and they said they would be out early afternoonI took off from work and waited, waited, and waitedMultiple calls to them assured me they would be there and were running lateFinally about at night they called and said they could not make it but would be there first thing the next dayThey instructed me to go to Lowes and buy the parts he needed as he said he knew what was wrong with it from his last visit
Well, I called them Thursday about 8:when no one showed up and they did not answer either numberThe friend who recommended them called the owner, ***, for me and he answered her call! He told her they would be out that day to repair itDuring the day I called a total of times but they would not answerBottom line is, they never showed up!
