Love the Just Frost Lens The technician that came out was fantastic, clean, prompt and efficient I would not hesitate to use this company again Very courteous, efficient and respectful I wish the contractors back East were as efficient as this company You would never have known anyone was there or any work was done, the technician cleaned up after himself and I was so impressed by the way I was treated
It's been a month since our awning was installed and we do love itThe company was great to work with, starting with the owner, whom we met at the storefront just as they were closingHe kept the place open to make sure all our questions were answeredThe next day, [redacted] from the sales team came out soon after with his samples, expertise and tape measuresHe made sure we understood the various shade permutations for each of the models we were considering by giving little demonstrations of what would and wouldn't be covered during different times of dayOnce our order was placed, [redacted] in the office handled everything smoothly, including the HOA paperwork, which was most appreciatedThe delivery came on the day it was promised, and the installers, Eddie and Will were professional, efficient and friendlyThey showed us every aspect of our new mechanical awning and made sure everything was fully functional The only disappointment has been the fact that the tilting mechanism is not able to be done by us, the homeownersWe'd thought that would be a feature we'd be able to control ourselves, but only after installation did we learn that every time we want to change the awning tilt we have to call the company to come out and change it, which they say is not a big dealStill, it is a misunderstanding

Today we had a screen door installed by Sunshine Experts and from the very beginning of the process from getting a quote to ordering the door to installing it, has been nothing but an awesome experience [redacted] came out twice, once to give the quote and again today to installHe was incredibly professional and super helpful the whole time he was hereThe best part, in my opinion, is that he wouldn't leave until he knew I was 100% satisfied with the screen door, which it was I feel very confident that getting our screen door through Sunshine Experts was a great decision
Install of Velux skylights to lower cooling bill, took a laser light before the install it was degrees, after the Velux was installed it was degreesThe install went fine no issuesWent quickly as wellThe install was done in about half and hour
They came when they were supposed to and installed our awning pretty quick. They did a nice job wiring the unit, from the inside. We're happy with it overall.
