I spoke personally with the manager at Phoenix Pest and Termite Control He said his company could come out and do a retreat This was unacceptable to me since that is what they have been doing and it has not worked, now have a ruined wood floor They said they would not pay for the damages They did not offer to come out and use better methods to take care of the problemI wouldn't have accepted that anyway as I have lost trust with this company completely!!! We would like a refund of our initial payment of $so that we can take that money and go someplace else

We are still working on getting this resolved I have spoken with Mrs*** and Mr*** and we are working on trying to resolve this issue
