Mini blinds installed in my 98 year old mother's home fell on her head due to poor installation. They never answered my emails nor showed the least bit of care about rehanging the brackets. Spoke with on gentleman named *** and emailed an individual named *** with no response. Please be very careful about utilizing a Company that has Zero communication channels after the fact.
