Sunshine Daydream Painting

Review: Have contracted with this firm on multiple occasions. Most recently, hired them to do some exterior painting. Got an estimate and approved the contract. Owner, [redacted], showed up once nearly a month ago, did about half the job then returned multiple times seeking an expanded work agreement - and additional money. I agreed to the additional work and paid him in full, for the original contract and the extended scope of work. I have not seen him since, despite multiple promises to complete the work as agreed.Desired Settlement: Want the painting completed as promised. As an alternative, the contractor can either hire someone else to complete the work - or refund my money so I can hire someone else. I estimate the refund should be about $350.
