The simple fact is that the automated car wash accepted my bank card, the car wash indicated it was ready, the green lights came on, but the brushes never moved and the water never sprayed. I was forced to leave with a still dirty car. All phone numbers for Sunshine Car Wash are disconnected. One number I found did ring, but after 30+ rings I gave up. We had a recurring monthly charge to a credit card to Sunshine Car Wash for $7 that we absolutely did not authorize. The automatic car wash broke my mirror. The mirror was folding in and the car wash popped it out and crushed it. The damages total over $600.00.I drove through the automatic Sun Shine Car wash at Sun Shine Car Wash [redacted] Rd Memphis, TN 38117. At first I did not fold my mirrors in, but after one pass I seen that I had too. I immediately push my mirrors in with not damage to them so far. The car washes frame grabbed ahold of the mirror, while it was folded in and broke it mirror glass and cause cosmetic damage to the housing. I contacted Ford and to replace the unit would be right at $600.00 (this includes labor).Desired Settlement$600.00 for the repairs or to have the business be forwarded the bill to be paid.

The auto wash took my 5 dollars and would not work.. I then went to the self wash and it took my quarters and would not work...the site listed www.sunshinewashmemphis.com is a fake site and all numbers have been disconnected or have fax connected....there were numerous people at the wash and several got there money taken and were upset..simply got there money stolen and just left. no way posted on site to seek service or help..I want my $5 dollars back...on principle.
