Bed bug infestation-MOD yells and hangs up [redacted] stayed in room from 12/16-12/and had some itching but thought it was due to dry air, however morning of the 19th he woke up with bed bugs actively biting his skin and checked outHe called to complain and was told he should have complained the first night (at which time he hadn't realized it was an issue) and hung upI called and received the same treatmentThis is a very serious public health issue and an unacceptable way to handle it
