For this business to charge a lot more than many of the same type in this area, they do not match that cost with service they provideThey have basically closed one location with a "under renovation" signThe staff has stated that location won't reopenAnother location is packed all the time with only one employee per shiftI have waited over minutes to even be waited on, not waiting for an open bed - just waiting for someone to come to the desk!! If they aren't going to have enough locations open in an area to handle the volume of clients, they should lower the contract ratesPaying $50/month for lack of availability is unacceptable
