I purchased 3 months of unlimited tanning with this salon, 3 weeks into the 3 months I was told refused a tanning session by one the employees. When I asked "Why" she told me that because I tanned yesterday I couldn't tan again, even though I had been tanning everyday for the past week. The next day I went in to tan again, I arrived at 8:45 and the tanning salon closes at 9:00-there was another customer came in the door the same time as we and she was permitted to tan, when I got to the counter after this customer went back to tan, I was refused to tan again. When I asked why I couldn't tan and the customer in front of me could I was told that simply "We are closing at 9:00 and we can't have you tanning-even though all but one of the tanning beds were available and I just saw another customer go into the beds.
I left the salon and called the next day, asking to speak with the Owner.
I waited two weeks for the Owner to call me back.When he finally called me, I tried to explain what had happened and express that I was uncomfortable coming into this tanning salon because twice now I have been denied service (that I have paid up front for). The owner started raising his voice toward me, saying that I am not welcome in his salon cause I am causing to many problems for him and his staff. I said well that is fine, although I have paid for 3 months of service up front and I want either my money back that I have paid or my services that I have paid for. He laughed and said "I am not giving you a dime back of your money and if you step foot in my business I will have you charged with trespassing".
I paid over $200 for three months of unlimited tanning, I used less than a month of the service and in that month only a hand full of times I went into the salon I was actually able to tan. Therefore, I want the $200 back that I paid for 3 months of services that I have not received.
