We have tried to reason with this man, in many waysBut, apparently he just does not "get it." We have ALL the Bank Draws as P*R*O*O*F that this individual made Draws - with absolutely NO "Accountability" on both the General Contractor, as well as the BankWe have attempted to reconcile all Mr***'s receipts and have evidence that he, possibly inadvertently, dwindled us out if a fairly good chunk of our hard-earned savingsHe pleaded with us to "give him more time" since "money was a little scarce." This December it will be THREE YEARS of us "giving Me*** a 'little more time.'" Well.......time is up!! The Texas Attorney General has already been notified, and attorneys have already been contactedIt's a pity and a crying-shame that it has come to thisBut, as Mr*** himself once wrote: "WE do not have sufficient funds to donate / "bless" unscrupulous individuals with."

The time for "Talking" has passedIt is now up to the AttorneysReceipts and Bank Draws do not lieDocumentation (or, *** ***'s gross LACK of documentation) will ) and DO "bear this out."

this is so  wrong in so many ways. I never took extra money evever  These folks had big dreams and little pockets ,I tried to give them what they wanted thinking they could afford everything I was wrong..

I am not at fault but if [redacted] would call me I will try and see what I can do[redacted]
