Sunset Properties is one selfish, sneaky lady named Pina T***She will lie through her teeth to rent her rundown propertiesYou will tell her things are wrong and she will not respond for days-weeksShe said someone was paid to remove snow; there was 2-inches over the sidewalk and driveway for monthsShe refuses to spend any money updating her appliances; the washer is so old you cannot even buy parts of it anymoreThe dishwasher barely works, the cups never seemed to be cleanedThe doors are scratched and the screens are damaged, almost none of them sit in their framesThe toilet seat was so worn out, it looked like it had been there for yearsShe charged the previous tenants with replacing that, but never did!!!
Her “maintenance” smelled like alcohol when he came in and simply ran a load of laundry to “fix the problem” (the dryer was ripping tank tops and other strappy clothes, costing me money)She will try to steal your entire deposit while doing NOTHING to fix the propertyShe claimed she had to replace the carpet because of us, but as you can see below, she already charged different tenants for that!!!!!! She is a terrible owner and landlordI don’t recommend renting from her whatsoever, and if you do, record single thing down, maybe even video tape her
