Sunset Postal and Business Center

The state has a mask mandate and not only are most of the employees not wearing them but many customers as well. They have a mask mandate posted but does not follow therm. During my visit I mentioned the mandate and immediately was attacked verbally by a customer who I can only speculate is an anti-vaccination. The manager made a comment not to talk about the mandate. She was also NOT wearing a mask. One of the four employees was masked up. Obviously I will never come back to this establishment. If you do not care about mandates or being and staying healthy AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! the attitude there was horrid. I get being overworked and such, but to be so incredibly rude is unacceptable. As horrid as my experience was every single platform will get the same review. The one you have earned! Service used to be important but at this establishment is has been lost.

Review: On 12/3, I sent an important pkg to Ghana-West. The clerk first quoted me the economy rate (a little over $30), but I requested it be sent the fastest way possible. The clerk assured me several times that it was being sent the quickest way and I paid the higher rate to do so (over $182). The clerk assured me that the pkg would be received on 12/8. I called Sunset on 12/10 and was assured that the package would be delivered on 12/8. When I checked a couple of days later on line I learned the delivery date was 12/17, 9 days late! Upon calling [redacted] National and Internationl, they affirmed the clerk had made an error and would do what they could to change the shipment to expedited, but that would would be difficult once shipped and included with hundreds of other packages. When I contacted the manager of Sunset, she stated that I had approved Economy and did not take responsibility at all for the error, and was not concerned with customer service at all.Desired Settlement: I want an apology from the manager at Sunset Postal for this error and an acknowledgement that the clerk was wrong and the manager was unconcerned that an important pkg was now 9 days late. I'm also requesting a refund for the discrepancy charged between economy ($130) and express ($182.51). Due to the fact that she was unapologetic to a long-time customer. She simply did not care. The national and international offices were very much more customer service oriented and helpful.

The International [redacted] responded favorably and the pkg was finally delivered on 12/11. Thank you. I'm convinced it was your investigation that helped change the delivery date to what I asked for and paid for. The Sunset Postal Service manager was rude and not at all helpful. I still want them invesitgated and will NEVER use their service again. [redacted] was great, Sunset is worthless and should be shut down!
