Review: Upon getting my car's interior detailed today at the Broad St. location I noticed the adapter for my cell phone was missing. This is a cord for the lifeproof brand of cases and is not easily disconnected from the audio auxiliary port. When I asked the manager about the piece he attempted to look into the vacuum bin and around the area where the car was later finished however no adapter was found. His response was simply "sorry". Given the effort this likely took to remove it probably now resides in someone's pocket. The replacement cost of this piece is $20-50 depending on the location purchased, and not an expense that should have been needed. I am very dissatisfied with the service and how this situation was handled.Desired Settlement: They should either refund the amount of cost to replace the part or replace it outright. I am not asking for a full refund because they did a great job on the cleaning, just not an honest job apparently.
