Sunset Motel

The manager told me he broke the sink.  He will not get a refund because he broke it.  He needs to pay to have the sink replaced.

Review: Reserved a room through Booking.com. We had to cancel our trip due to a last minute change in our child's school schedule, so I called Booking.com to cancel reservation. The representative at booking.com called and emailed Sunset Motel multiple times to cancel the reservation, but received no response from Motel. This morning, I received an email message, stating that I was billed $139 for the room. I called Booking.com this morning and was told that the Motel was responsible for the charges.Desired Settlement: Refund in the amount of $139.00
