On rare occasion, clients do not achieve optimal results It is unusual, but it does occur on occasion Sunset MedSpa provided all treatments that were purchased In this case, she was provided additional treatment in hopes of achieving optimal results There is no guarantee that clients will obtain optimal results, and this is clearly stated in the registration process Thank you
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because I was not provided additional treatments after my laser treatments I purchased and optimal results were not achieved because either the equipment or lack of technician training I only received the laser treatments I purchased, which was for a full year of laser treatments and did not receive any additional treatments related to not achieving optimal results. I left multiple messages and mailed a letter to DrG [redacted] to resolve this issue and I never received a response. I received optimal hair removal and reduction previously when I had laser hair removal at another company, but not at Medspa. During the registration process it was made clear I should have optimal results because I have light skin and dark hair and had optimal laser hair reduction before at another company. They made it clear it would not 100% hair reduction by about 80%, but I did not receive anywhere close to an 80% hair reduction in the areas treated. The areas I had lasered at Medspa look just as they did before the treatments Due to having laser hair removal before at a different location and achieving optimal results and not at Medspa it is in my opinion that it is an extreme disservice to customers who went to Medspa and did not see optimal results because the technicians were not using the correct settings or the machines were not working effectively to achieve optimal results do not receive a refund. I do remember the laser machine its self being duct taped where the cord went from the laser head to the machine and the technician having to fiddle with it for it to work. This could as be a reason for no achieving optimal results. As stated before, I am requesting the full refund of the laser treatments I paid for because this issue was not resolved and in my opinion the optimal results were not received because of an error on Medspa Sincerely, [redacted]
