Sunset Lockguys

Review: I called the locksmith company, Sunset Lockguys, because the door to my home would not open from the inside. I was told over the phone that the price would be about $29 for the technician to come out and a range of $19 and up for services depending on how much work was needed to fix the problem. When the technician arrived he used a balloon like tool to open my door in about 30 seconds and I was told the total would be $100. He also told me that it would be $20 cheaper if I could follow him to an atm and get cash. He also stated that he could replace my doorknob for $140 or I can leave a piece of tape in my door and only use the deadbolt to lock it. When I told him that that was not the price I was quoted and would like to call and speak with the person I spoke with on the phone, he called someone on his phone and let me speak with them. I was told the price is what the technician decides when they arrive. I asked how the price was broken down and I was told that there was no base for how they decide the price. So in conclusion I had my door ballooned open for $100. The problem is not fixed. I have tape in my door.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $52 . I am willing to pay the $29 for the technician to come out and the lowest service fee of $19. I believe he did not do any work other than to balloon open my door and apply tape. There is no reason he should be paid $71 for what he did.
