Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/04/06) */ Dear Revdex.com Agent: RE: Case # [redacted] We are very sorry that these guests experienced some sort of bites that may have occurred at our establishment.We have brought in professionals who could not find anything related to or associated with bed bugsWe were and are very puzzled as to the original of these marks as this Suite is full every night and, after many thorough inspections, only two guests have had any issues between early February and very late MarchBetween those two dates, over guests stayed in this particular Suite with out any incidents whatsoever However, we decided to completely disassemble that Suite as a precautionary measureWe have completely deep cleaned carpets and replaced all fabrics, bedding and the bed itselfWe take these matters very seriously and certainly would not laugh off such serious allegationsAs Ms [redacted] states, she has had wonderful compliments for our property in the past We wish Ms [redacted] to please return again, at no chargeWe hope Ms [redacted] takes us up on the offer and gives us the opportunity to regain a positive opinionWe want her to know that we do care very much and look forward to hearing from her soon Sincerely, [redacted] L [redacted] Owner Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 7, 2016/04/07) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I completely accept this response, as my main concern was future guests in this room being potentially exposed to bed bugs I will gladly return to spend another night at the suites (although preferably in another room!)
