We are very sorry that these guests experienced some sort of bites that may have occurred at our establishment.We have brought in professionals who could not find anything related to or...

associated with bed bugs. We were and are very puzzled as to the original of these marks as this Suite is full every night and, after many thorough inspections, only two guests have had any issues between early February and very late March. Between those two dates, over 100 guests stayed in this particular Suite with out any incidents whatsoever.
However, we decided to completely disassemble that Suite as a precautionary measure. We have completely deep cleaned carpets and replaced all fabrics, bedding and the bed itself. We take these matters very seriously and certainly would not laugh off such serious allegations. As Ms. [redacted] states, she has had wonderful compliments for our property in the past.
We wish Ms. [redacted] to please return again, at no charge. We hope Ms. [redacted] takes us up on the offer and gives us the opportunity to regain a positive opinion. We want her to know that we do care very much and look forward to hearing from her soon.

I completely accept this response, as my main concern was future guests in this room being potentially exposed to bed bugs.
I will gladly return to spend another night at the suites (although preferably in another room!)
