the process and delivery time of a marker that was ordered for placement at Sunset Hill Cemetery in Glen Carbon, IL.We have reviewed the file and offer the following responseFirst, we sincerely apologize for any frustration or disappointment this situation may have causedThe customer contracted with us for this marker on October 3rd, The order was placed with the manufacturer on October 11thThe 8-weeks stated is the time it typically takes the manufacturer to source the material and produce a markerAfter making their final payment on January 8, 2018, the manufacturer removed the completed marker from their warehouse on January 12th, and then shipped it to the cemeteryThe marker was installed once weather permitted on February 14thWe also apologize for not notifying the customer in a timely manner that the marker was set.We appreciate the opportunity to respond to you on this matterIf we can be of any further assistance to you in this matter, please let us know.Sincerely,*** ***Director Customer CareCC: *** *** ***
