because:
Sunset Granite has made absolutely no effort to contact us in regards to resolving this issue They have not accepted our phone calls or responded to our e-mail requests I finally called from a different number and when they answered (woman, name unknown) stated that "all communication was going through the Revdex.com and they would not speak with us directly." I requested to speak with Andy (co-owner) and she passed his phone number I was able to contact Andy via phone Andy stated that he would contact us back that day (12/28) however, we still have not received any form of contact from Andy or Sunset Granite
