Our ( two senior citizens ) GE two door refrigerator stopped working. The fridge and freezer were 110% full. Things were beginning to melt. I called Sears and they had a wait time of 1 1/2 days. I called another firm and they were booked.Another was booked though they did recommend this Company A Arnies Dependable Appliance Repair. They could come out at 11:00 AM ish . (: ! The young man,Jim, was very efficient , thorough,explained what he was doing, and what the problem entailed.The fridge is now very cold and the ice maker is working I highly recommend this company. Ever so thankful for their understanding of our situation.

I called Arnie's yesterday morning because we have been having trouble with our Kenmore side by side refrigerator not cooling. We had tried Sears twice since June and their repairman told us this is what happens to those refrigerators.. Charged us $65 and left. Advised us we could turn it off for 48 hrs. to fix the problem,, I called Arnie's after reading a former customer's review.. The man I spoke to was very helpful... they were booked but managed to work us in between appt. #1 & appt, #2. Their repairman was here within an hour. He went right to work and had the refrigerator running by installing an updated evaporator cooling unit motor kit.. I liked that Jim told us what he was doing as he worked. I would highly recommend Arnie's to my friends.
