Good Afternoon [redacted] ,When I was contacted by the resident and her family I was made aware of the situationSince the renovation happened prior to my arrival, I had no record of it until I asked the previous AGMAt that point she stated that there were several incidents caused by the flooring vendor that needed to be taken care ofAlthough the resident did have a lease with us, our contracted vendor was to be held responsible for any damages that may have surfaced after the renovationI have followed up with our representative to make him aware that this situation is still pending and I will continue to follow up today, 10/to make sure that this is taken care of immediatelyPlease let me know if you need anything else or have any further questions
