This letter is in response to the noted complaint placed by Mr [redacted] against Sunset Builders, South Park Ave, Lackawanna, NY Address – [redacted] Complainant – [redacted] We had received a couple of calls from Mr [redacted] He was on a list of calls for repairs that needed to be madeAfter the complaint from the Revdex.com was received, our repair person responded to Mr [redacted] After going to [redacted] and speaking with Mr [redacted] , they resolved that no work needed to be done Mr [redacted] just wanted an explanation of the work that was done and to be assured that it was done properly so that there would be no leaks The homeowner was satisfied and assured that if there were any problems with leaking, it would be addressed by Sunset immediately If you have any questions regarding this complaint, please call our office at ###-###-####
