This company lied and said my 95 year old Father spoke to them giving them the ok to have this company. When Mr. James A to listen to the recorded voice of my father. I told them this is not my father you spoke too. Also I ask for a credit and Mr. A was very rude. This company is a scam preying on the old people.
I don't recommend anyone using this company. They called me and said they were my utility (National Grid), stated my rate was high and that they found me a new ESCO. The representative on the phone even gave me a fake id number for the "National Grid" representative I spoke with. My rate came in at 15 cents a kilowatt. I am changing and will never go back. These are the companies that give ESCOs a bad reputation.
This company defrauded my 93 year old mother. They switched her electricity and charged her 4x her previous rate. I have been calling and leaving messages for 3 days. My call is never returned.
I have never done business with this company and I will never! They called, unsolicited, non stop for over 4 days. On day 2 I call the customer service department to have the calls stopped, Jai the customer service rep said that would stop no later than 24 hours late, the calls have continued and now there is no answer at customer service. I have missed 4 very important phone calls due to this relentless invasion of my privacy and will be making a formal complaint to the Revdex.com. As a side note the phone call operators due not speak English well and are rude, over bearing, disrespectful, and inconsiderate!
This company preyed on my elderly father with promises of lower Billings and good service. He has received bills which charged gas bills of $40. over PSEG rate monthly and electric bills $150. greater than the PSEG rate for the same monthly bill. There is nothing that the State Board of Public Utilities of NJ can do to stop this action by third party suppliers. THIS IS A RIP OFF, ESPECIALLY FOR THE ELDERLY!!
