Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Sunrooms and More issued a PARTIAL repayment of $7,NINE MONTHS after I mailed the cancellation letter This PARTIAL refund was provided only after getting the Revdex.com, the Attorney General's Office, and the Lender got involved in the dispute I did mail in the cancellation letter within the three day terms and the company continues to refuse to issue a full refund I am not satisfied that it has taken nine months to refund the undisputed amount and they are still trying to get out of paying the disputed amount even though I did mail in a cancellation letter The Attorney General's Office has been attempting to mediate the disputed amount with no success to date This issue is NOT resolved! *** came out and I believe he is a good worker However, the patio cover still leaks *** was not with Sun Rooms and More when the original job was done and it was done so poorly that he has already come out twice and it is still leaking I would really like it taken down and done properly I would trust *** to do a good job of making it right the first time, so, I believe, starting from scratch is the best way to remedy this problem and stop having to come out time after time I'm sure *** is tired of making trip after trip to our area to fix the many botched jobs
We paid for a new patio cover and after years we have never experienced one from Sun Rooms and More This is poor business Please reconsider the option to stop patching the patches on top of patches Please
