We forwarded this complaint to our Client Etillem, who is the manufacturer of the product Our company takes sales calls for Etillem, but isn't responsible for refunds We did contact Etillem and they stated you were issued a refund check on 4/7/ I'm hoping you have received it

However, I still have not received this refund that they claim they have processed. If I finally receive the refund, then I will accept it. If I do not receive the refund, I will reject this.
