I was quoted and paid for triple pane windows, but one window was manufactured with double-pane glass I have been waiting for a refund since July
I purchased windows and sliding door from Sunrise in Fall (order #***) All products were supposed to be triple-pane, argon-filled N3200A glazing After installing the last window in Spring 2018, I discovered one of the sashes was actually dual-pane glass I informed Sunrise of the issue via email on April 7, After a couple voicemails and follemails, Sunrise offered to refund the cost of the window on July 6,
Per Sunrise, the window was quoted as triple-pane, but due to the size of the window, their glazing manufacturer could not produce it I understand the issue, but at no point during purchasing or fabrication was this problem ever conveyed to me It was only discovered after installation because I noticed condensation on this window one cold morning (none of our other new triple pane window

Windows purchased in July for a renovation
came in damaged & still waiting on parts & my job
is at a stand still
All I need is for someone to call me and tell me where my replacement parts are and the replacement sash for of the Windows I got in on 7-20-My renovation cannot go any further until I get these Windows fixed*** in Vidalia Louisiana has no idea where the parts are or when they will be inI have called & called the company & the Representative but I cannot get anyone to help meCan you please please help me with this nightmare of a project

Sunrise refuses to honor life time Warrantee on sliding patio doors installed in
my wife Linda had a foot sliding patio door installed by a sunrise rep(Strimpfel's Windows/doors of Norwalk,ohio now defunct)we were told we had a life time warrantee at the timethe door lock has broken and this the 2Nd time in 2years since trying to get repairsthey ignored Kock's aluminum Mfgof Sandusky, ohio,Innovthe problem was worse upon leaving home we used a wood slat to keep door secureIn novof I contacted Koch aluminum againOn Janfinally got a letter from Koch saying door was no longer under waranteeso much for lifetime warrantees!

No response from company for weeks....called contractor for months....defective windows....NO one returns phone calls or your online form
I purchased windows in January from Sunrise....windows were finally ready in June to install My bay window everyday has moisture and fog between the panes of the window It has started to leave a film and streaks in picture window I've contacted the contractor for over months and no avail Trim for window is sitting in basement....another window still sitting in my garage Contractor paid in full Still have ladder and miterbox in my garage
My issue is Sunrise Windows....I bought and paid for a NEW window and it's worse than my origninal windows....everyday it's fogged up and can't see out of window It's the only window on my house that looks this way and the neighborhood
To top it off, sunrise guarantees the window for life....guaranteed piece of junk Then the company won't even respond The difference is very clear

Sunrise Windows installed in my home August have caused noise "humming" / high pitched frequency sound throughout my home
I have notified Sunrise and Century 21st Windows (the installer of the windows) of this sound issue multiple times, starting soon after the install was complete I finally sent both companies a detailed letter with my concerns on March 5, While the installer at least called me after receiving my letter, I have never even heard back from Sunrise about my letter

Unfortunately, I later learned of the "transfer warranty" loophole after several follcalls with Sunrise and the installerSunrise's "Lifetime" warranty means that under use, your Sunrise window or door will be free from defects in materialBUT as a second owner, I have NO CLAIMS to the warranty if the transfer was not made by the previous owner within days of the home sale
