Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I agree and disagree with the companies response They only had Saturday available I did not request a Saturday I was told that this was the only date available due to the holiday They could have come out any day after I placed the work order In addition, they only made numerous calls to me on Saturday because they gave me a 1-window and the technician wanted to come early Otherwise, they would have only had to make one callI appreciate their efforts, I was just concerned that I had not heard from them and could not reach their office for statusNo further communication is needed from the company I was finally told that the part was order on December 4, and the part would be delivered by the 9th If the technician order the part on the 28th how come it was not in the system until I called the AHS to find out the status on the 3rd?
