Review: For the last two years, I had paid my parents Sunrise residency bills.My name was listed on the bills as the payee. My father passed awayon October 13, 2013. I had paid the monthly Sunrise bill for the entiremonth of October. Sunrise issued a refund in February of 2014 to my brother, [redacted], even though I had paid the bill and wasobviously entitled to the refund. I have been paid back most of the money, but this is just negligence, and somebody in that company hasto be held accountable.Desired Settlement: Again, I want whoever is responsible in the billing department ofSunrise to be held accountable. This type of thing should never happen, and their should be a tracking procedure to determine who should be contacted regarding a refund. Under no circumstances,should a check just be sent "willy nilly" to an unrelated party, whowas not responsbile for paying the $9.000 a month monthly bill.
