Review: I purchased a discounted companion airline ticket coupon from Sunrise Premiums for $19.00 on 03/**.
Based on advertisement, from zone 1 to zone 5 for example, the buy-one get-one free ticket price is $570. But what it doesn't tell you is all the hidden fees, which is a total of $717, even if you are lucky enough to get the listed lowest ticket price. And it is for slow season. The Christmas time, from 12/** to 01/**, and all holidays are blacked out. Most likely you will get a higher price than listed ($570 plus all fees fro zone 1 to zone 5 for example).
From [redacted], I can book 2 exactly the same tickets with lower prices (same time, same flight), (<$365 each round-trip ticket). No blackout restriction if you want to go during holiday season. [redacted] 's one ticket price (with hidden fees) is significantly higher, >90%, than the price you can get from [redacted] for example.
So I called Sunrise Premiums to try to get my money back. But they told me that it was not refundable.Desired Settlement: I want to return the unused voucher and get my $19.00 refund back.

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].
I am sending my unused coupon back to Sunrise Premiums. As soon as I received the refund from Sunrise, then I can accept the resolution and close the case.
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,
Review: The price and package that Sunrise initially offered was not honored. They stated that we only needed to send $50 for our flight that was refundable and $20 for additional passenger that was also refundable. I received another voucher from them stating we need to pay an additional $600 for our trip to Las Vegas which was not part of the deal because they stated that we only had to send in for the flights. They refuse to issue a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund

Thank you for the opportunity for Sunrise Premiums to provide our rebuttal to this issue. ** and [redacted] was given a 3 day 2 night Getaway voucher as a gift for attending a presentation. Inside the booklet besides the vacation offer are several optional offers to the consumers, ie: airfare at a low price for two, dining certificates and a resort getaway. These are all optional for the consumer to take advantage of at very cost effective pricing. Please see attachments
Please bear in mind, Sunrise Premiums is not the [redacted] or maker of any of these offers. We are a distributer and are held harmless for any issue between the maker and consumer. As you will see in the booklet attached there is an offer for two air tickets for one low price. The Jeter's elected to purchase that offer for $19 from Sunrise as a distributor and also was required to send ina $50 fully refundable deposit to the travel company named Prestige Travel . Once [redacted] saw that the airfare was not"FREE" she decided to write a letter of issue to the Revdex.com against my company Sunrise Premiums. WE spoke with [redacted] on April * 2014 and she agreed to accept a full refund and hold no issues against Sunrise Premiums
The $50 Refundable check for the 3 day 2 night Getaway voucher is fulfilled thru Prestige Travel In Tampa Florida
The Airfare for two with one low price offer is thru Elite Marketing, Tampa Fl
Even though the $50 deposit was sent to Prestige Travel from the Jeter's Sunrise Premiums will refund them both the $19 and $50 totaling $69. [redacted] stated that if she does receive her refunds she will advise the Revdex.com of no wrong doing from Sunrise Premiums.
A check in the amount of $69 was mailed out today April **, 2014 to the ** and [redacted]
Thank you, [redacted]- Sunrise Premiums
This is a typical case of where the consumer did not read the offer as stated. This is the firts issue Sunrise Premiums has had in many years as we are an A+ Rated NYC Revdex.com Company and strivbe every day to maintain that classification.
