Sunrise Pluming Heating & AC does the annual maintenance on our [redacted] Heat Pump and this year we decided to have our 3 gas fireplaces done as well. Two were no problem, but the 3rd was a different model and the thermocouple was not working so the fireplace pilot continued to blow out. Being an odd model the replacement part was not in stock so Nick telephoned and arranged for the part to be ordered. When it arrived he came over and installed it and it's working like a charm now. He was a clean and tidy young fellow, didn't leave any mess behind and worked quietly and quickly, explaining what he was doing as he went. We will definitely keep using this firm and are pleased to recommend them.
