Billing Issues and No contact
My daughter has been a patient with Sunrise Pediatrics since we moved to Florida back in I have never had an issue until recentlyI received a bill and I have attempted to contact the billing department everytime I call I get the voicemail I have left NUMEROUS messages more than msgs have been left, I have changed the times of the day I call, I have even left messages with other departments to see if I can get this billing issue resolved, it has been well over a month and no one from that office has called meYet I am getting threatening collection noticesI have full coverage insurance during the visits they claim and they need to resolve this matterI cannot believe I am being treated this way as a loyal client
