I went in for a tattoo removal I changed my mind but they (***) charged before hand. I spoke with the technician doing the removal and changed my mind he said I could get a refund since nothing was done. Well the front desk receptionist *** said se didnt know how and it couldnt be reversed but now if I had paid cash no problem she would give me a refund which sounds wrong anyway she goes and says to call my credit card company for a refund (FRAUD) so I do and about half Hour passes and she charges me again! So now I have two fraudulent charges on my credit card. I believe this to be completely fraudulent activity from this place and if they did it to me i'm sure they've done it in the past and continue to do so. Please let this company know about whats legal and whats not because as I began reading there's suposed to be a registered nurse or a doctor in the office for these procedures as well which there was not other than *** and the guy in the room which both admitted to me they were neither a dr or nurse.
