Sunrise Landscape and Design

Sunrise Landscaping was contracted to install sod on my property as well as install some drainage piping, mulch, plants and rocks. The problem is with the sod that was installed. They installed sub-standard inferior quality sod that is BROWN and dying. There were dead spots on most every piece of sod when it was installed. I contacted them immediately to express my dissatisfaction. I was told to water it and wait a week and see what happens. Some areas are getting greener but there are dead spots on every piece of sod that was laid and those remain dead. I am now getting bald spots throughout the lawn where moss and weeds are starting to grow. They are in contact with me and have come out a couple of times to review the situation but they are not taking action to correct the situation. I have pictures that document all of this.
