We purchased a dishwasher from here years agoWe were aware that it was a scratch & dent sale , but were told that it was new, just had a couple of dings to the outsideIt even had everything inside still wrapped in new plasticRecently it stopped drainingLooking over it and doing a bit of research , we were quite certain the pump had gone in itI phoned the store and explainedThe tech that I spoke to agreed with me that it likely was the pump and to bring it in, it would cost us $maxI thought that was great, so we brought it inJust over a week later, I called to see what the status on it wasHe said he was working on it and would call me in a half hourhours later, he called me and told me that it is indeed the pump and pumps are very pricey and given the fact that the dishwasher is over years old it would be too expensive to repairI was flabbergastedI said, I'm confused, explained what we were told when we called in and also said that when we purchased it from him years ago, we were told that it was newHe instantly began getting defensive, he was screaming at me saying that he wasted hours trying to fix this for us and couldn't understand why I was criticizing himI wasn't even sure how to react at that pointI asked a question and [redacted] *** I wasn't even able to get a word in with his yelling [redacted]  I would not recommend it to anyone

I'll start first by saying I would NOT recommend anyone coming here for anything! I bought a washer from theM months ago, which had to be replaced The replacement they brought me drained a whole tub of water on my floor The next replacement you could hear the hardware loosely moving around in it This place is a joke and they should feel disgraced by the product they are selling to people DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE! They only get star cuz I had no choice
